Each year, WSPTA celebrates and recognizes the incredible work of PTAs across the state through our Membership Awards Program. These awards highlight the impact of strong membership outreach and the creative efforts local PTAs make to grow and engage their communities.
Membership Awards Application Deadline:
March 12, 2026
This is the deadline to apply for a variety of membership awards that recognize things like 100% staff membership, membership campaigns with unique themes, community outreach, and more. If your PTA has gone above and beyond in promoting membership this year, don’t miss the opportunity to be recognized for your hard work!

Growth Awards Happen Automatically!
There’s no need to apply for growth awards; they are awarded automatically based on the membership data submitted through Givebacks.
If your PTA has grown its membership over the previous year, you may qualify for one of these growth tiers:
- Bronze – One member over last year
- Silver – 5% growth
- Gold – 10% growth
- Platinum – 20% growth
Just be sure your membership dues are up to date and submitted monthly, so your numbers accurately reflect your PTA’s growth!
Tip: Keep Promoting Membership Through the Spring!
Even though the year is winding down, there’s still time to grow! Consider a spring membership campaign or final push to reach the next growth milestone. Every new member strengthens your PTA’s voice and your eligibility for recognition.
