Scholarship Program
Each year, the Washington State PTA awards a limited number of
scholarships to graduates from Washington State public high schools beginning their freshman year of post-secondary education in the United States.
Program Overview
Scholarships of two thousand dollars ($2,000)
are given to recipients entering four-year post-secondary institutions. One thousand ($1,000) dollar
scholarship will be awarded for community colleges, voc-tech schools or other accredited institutions. Washington State PTA
scholarships are awarded on the basis of:
1) financial need
2) academic performance
3) leadership & community service
