Each year, the Washington State PTA awards a limited number of
scholarships to graduates from Washington State public high schools beginning their freshman year of post-secondary education in the United States.

When is my application due?
Applications must be postmarked no later than March 1,
2012
What do I do if I am unable to complete this application in MSWord?
Download and print the application and complete if at all possible by computer or typewriter.

What do I do with the recommendation letter?
You can email the form to the person you choose to give you a recommendation. They can complete it in MS word, print it and return it to you in a sealed envelope.
What about my transcript?
Transcripts must show coursework through the first semester or trimester of the 2011 -12 school year. Transcripts must be official and arrive to the committee in a sealed envelope.
