Register Early
Take advantage of early registration fees and reserve a seat in the classes of your choice. By registering in advance, you’ll save time in the registration line. Your registration fee covers entrance into all general voting sessions, classes, and the exhibitor exposition. Pre-registered delegates will receive confirmation of their attendance and their meal/class selections.
Online Registration
Members may register online for convention. You can access registration materials and step-by-step instructions.
Payment will be accepted by Visa, Mastercard
and Discover through a secure internet service. Online registration offers the convenience of immediate confirmation and class assignments! This website also provides easy access to the hotel website for room reservations.

Registration Forms
Registration forms are mailed to local units and councils. There is no specific
“Voting Delegate” registration form. All delegates (both visiting and voting)
will register using the same form. Once at convention, delegates who have been
selected by their local units as “voting delegates” will receive their voting credentials at a special booth in the foyer.

Exhibitor Only Registration
If you are interested in attending the Exhibitor Exposition ONLY, there is a
special registration just for you. For a $35.00 fee (after April 4th, $50), you can
secure a special registration which will allow you to visit and talk with just the
exhibitors. If your fundraising chairs cannot attend convention for the full three
days, this is one way for them to attend, visit the exhibitors, get all the fundraising information they need, and not pay the full registration fees. Of course, this
special registration fee will not allow them into the general voting sessions or
the classes. (Children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the exhibit areas.) Exhibitor only registration can be done both online or by mailing in the registration form.
