Doubletree Hotel - SeaTac Airport
The goal of Washington State PTA & the Doubletree Hotel is to make your attendance at the convention and your stay at the hotel as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Reservations
The Washington State PTA has made arrangements with the Doubletree Hotel for a special, discounted rate for our delegates during the Washington State PTA Convention. To take advantage of this discounted rate, make your hotel reservations by April 13, 2010 by:

• calling the hotel directly at 206-246-8600,
• call toll-free at 1-800-222-TREE (8733),
• or visit the website www.seattleairport.doubletree.com.

Be sure to reference the group code: PTA, for your discounted rate. All reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations will be confirmed back to you. If you do not make your reservation directly through the hotel, you may not receive these special room rates.

Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 pm on day of arrival to avoid being charged the first night’s room and tax.

If you are sharing accommodations with another delegate, please give the name(s) of the person(s) who will be sharing accommodations with you. The hotel does understand some of the names may change at a later date, but you are urged to try to keep the same roommates to avoid delays or disappointment at the hotel check-in desk. If you do not know the name of your delegate(s) at the time you make your reservations, simply send in the name(s) of who you think it will be. It is preferable to have the correct name at the time reservations are made; however, you can let them know at the check-in desk upon arrival — but expect a delay. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

In order to use your in-room telephone, pay-per-view movies, room service or to sign for services in the restaurants, it will be necessary for you to establish credit during the check-in process by providing a credit card imprint or by leaving a deposit. One person per room may provide the deposit or credit card imprint if you prefer to settle with each other. Your personal and PTA checks, made payable to the Doubletree Hotel are welcome. Please come prepared to present personal identification.
