My earliest memory of PTA was attending the ‘Strawberry Festival’ at my elementary school where my mom was the PTA president. In 1993 when my oldest son entered 1st grade, it seemed only natural for me to join PTA, and so began my PTA adventure.
I grew up in East Norwich, NY, met my husband John while working as a nuclear reactor operator at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in So. California and have two wonderful sons – Kevin and Kyle (both are WSU Cougars!).
When I’m not busy as a consultant for commercial nuclear or DOE nuclear sites, I enjoy running, traveling, swimming, scuba diving, and restoring my ’66 Corvette.
