As my children entered school it seemed natural for me to become involved with PTA. Growing up in a household of educators, I tagged along to many PTA activities at my Dad's Elementary schools over the years.
I am a native Californian having grown up in the Monterey Bay area, then moved to Washington in my teens. I now live in the Spokane Valley with my husband Cary and our two children Isaac and Madyson. I have enjoyed my experience with PTA and making a difference on behalf of children in my community.
In my down time I continue to enjoy interior design, gardening, skiing (water and snow), swimming, camping, antiquing and traveling.
