I was born and raised in the Spokane area and I moved to the Spokane Valley 25 years ago. I have been married to my husband Mike for 20 years and we have two sons. My oldest son Joe is 18 years old and is a recent graduate from the Central Valley School District. My youngest son Andrew will be entering High School next year. We also have a couple of animals that have adopted us along the way.
I have been a part of PTA for over a decade, having served in a wide variety of leadership roles. I’ve also been very active in my community for the last 12+ years and participate in quite a few non-profit activities. I have gained a considerable amount of leadership skills through my work with PTA and other Community Service entities.
A few of my goals as WSPTA Program Director include;
#1: Work to continue updating and refining our existing programs.
#2: Organize and launch the new Programs’ Committee.
#3: Work towards developing & implementing new programs and awards.
I look forward to my service on the WSPTA Board of Directors and will do my very best to provide a quality service to our members.
